Action - right foot replaces the left foot near the bag, the left foot moves over the bag... Throw - quick throw to first... Feet - gets the player in the air to avoid sliding runners.

Position - Right Foot near the front corner of second base, Left Foot on the first base side of second base... Hands - catch the ball on the left side of the chest... Knees - bent... Action - Left Foot steps forward as the hands separate to throw the ball... Throw - after catching the ball, the hands move the ball from the glove to the throwing hand releasing the ball as the left foot steps forward... Hands - stay above the chest while finishing the double play.
